At Traducta, most clients are required to pay for their translation upfront, before the work begins. However, for professional clients who work with us regularly (in the case of recurring collaborations), we offer a payment period of 30 days from the invoice date. This option requires setting up a client account with our translation agency.
How can I pay for my translations?
We offer several payment options for our linguistic services:
- Credit Card: The simplest and fastest option. You’ll receive a secure payment link via Stripe. Simply enter your email address and payment details to confirm your order. An automatic email with your invoice will be sent upon completion.
- Bank Transfer: You can also pay via bank transfer using the payment details provided on our invoices. If needed, you can request these details by email if they were not included in your documents.

The cost of professional translation depends on several factors, including the language pair (source and target language), the word count, and the desired delivery timeline. The complexity of the text, its formatting, and any additional services such as transcription or layout adjustments may also affect the price. Yes, we offer volume discounts for large translation projects. For frequent translation needs, while we do not provide direct discounts, we can simplify your accounting by issuing a single invoice at the end of each month. This invoice will summarize all translations completed during the month, enabling you to make one consolidated payment.
How quickly will I receive my translations?
Delivery timelines depend on your specific requirements. Standard projects typically take between 2 to 5 business days. However, our Canadian translation agency also offers rush translations for urgent needs. With this option, you can receive your translations within just a few hours if required.*
